Kala Ghoda to have new French patisserie

Forêt-Noire - Black Forest Cake by La FolieMaking life a little sweeter is La Folie, a luxury French boutique patisserie in Kala Ghoda.

The bakery opens its doors on the 24th of January with a variety of pastries, chocolate truffles, house blended French enrobed pralines, macarons, chocolates, croissants and more. Some of the specialities we’re waiting to discover are chef Sanjana’s take on the traditional black forest cake infused with Kirch Wasser- Foret-Noire, the 7 layerred Candy cake, a mixed berry Philadelphia cream cheesecake Chantilly and the classic French puff pastry dessert Mille Feuille.

The boutique also offers the concept of a tea salon and dessert tasting room with a seating capacity of 8-10 people. We’ve got our teaspoons ready.
