Two Weeks of Gourmet Indulgence

Celebrate the end of the monsoons with a specially paired wine and bespoke food menu

In an effort to break the myth surrounding wine that it can be paired only with specific cuisines and showcase the versatility of their award winning wines, Four Seasons Wine has organised a wine and bespoke menu pairing event called Gourmet Indulgence. This Pan Indian food and wine journey covers seven cities at 90 signature restaurants across 45 days.

After travelling through Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad the event is being held in Mumbai from September 20 to October 5, 2013. Participating restaurants include Spaghetti Kitchen where it was flagged off, Punjab Grill, Asia 7, Kaktus Bar and Grill, Mangiamo and Veda. Each restaurant will be offering a specially designed menu pairing Four Season wines with their cuisine. In the words of Chief Winemaker and Director of Four Seasons Wines, Abhay Kewadkar, “Four Seasons Gourmet Indulgence will provide an opportunity to the wine and food aficionados to experiment with cuisines of the world paired with our wines such as Pollo Della Mangiamo with the four seasons Sauvignon Blanc, Sesame Grilled Chicken with Four Seasons Barrique Reserve Shiraz, Grilled chicken and Jalapeno risotto with Four seasons Cabernet Sauvignon and Salmon Tikka with Four Seasons Chenin Blanc.”

The Gourmet Indulgence experience features a  three to five course meal paired with two glasses of Four Seasons Wine at a price range of Rs 999 to Rs 1750 + taxes. Some of the venues will also have  Four Seasons Wine experts who will interact with the consumers and answer their questions on food and wine pairing.
