May 15, 2013, Mumbai: Since their first album “The Happy Goat” that released in 2009, Tough On Tobacco have been recording their sophomore effort. Finding themselves equipped with 22 final recorded tracks that have weathered endless gig and studio time, the band released the second part of the split album first called “Big Big Joke.” The band is currently on a multi-city tour to promote the record that kicked off at Blue Frog, Mumbai last week. The one-hour setlist of songs from their album had all band members - guitarists Pozy Dhar and Gaurav Gupta, bassist Johan Pais and drummer Jai Row Kavi fronted by the raving jester Sidd Coutto entrance the audience in a volley of emotions from amazement to cheer. The setlist featured some of their most infectious tracks like Do What You Gotta Do, ponder-worthy Ordinary, Yahweh and Nice and impactful Blow Yourself Away. The band was at its tightest best this night even when they ended with their signature Smoke Some Ganja joined by bassist Pais’ wife Tracy on guest vocals. Tough On Tobacco had won the night.
