outlookThe India at Outlook Boat Party, organised by India’s leading agency KRUNK, is hosting the mighty Nanci & Phoebe, from the Congo Natty fam, alongside DJ Wu Lu. They’ll be joined by four of India’s leading bass music and sound system culture representatives, who all made their Outlook Festival debut in 2012 – comprising seven DJs and four singers/MCs!
