Music Works - Careers in Music Seminar

Participate in live interactive sessions with performances and panel discussions by Dualist Inquiry, Dhruv Ghanekar, Gino Banks, Monica Dogra, DJ Uri & Reji, Clinton Cerejo, Ranjit Barot, Nikhil Chinapa, Kailash Kher Brian Tellis and other industry experts. Watch some of India’s biggest career musicians, reputed performers, composers, DJs, sound engineers and artist managers bring alive the creative process that makes music remunerative. Listen to them share real life experiences and advise on how to be a successful professional musician.

The interactive seminar will focus on how training and education can enhance one’s musical journey and open up lucrative career opportunities. Each session will conclude with a panel of eminent music industry professionals taking questions from the floor.

In addition, The Manhattan School of Music professional instruments faculty, DJ faculty, music production and sound design faculty will hold live demos of The True School of Music Curriculum at the Barking Deer, opposite the Blue Frog.

Lunch will be served to all participants. The seminar is open to students (16+) and parents alike.
